All booking enquiries would be directly emailed to yourself via the website.

You will have 100% control on bookings.

You will be able to have up to 21 photographs of the accommodation & the area, unlimited text detailing your holiday home & local resort area tourist information.

A number of other relevant features & useful links will also be displayed on the website.

Just simply choose the advertising option 1 & follow the instructions as below:

If you choose option one, just register your details as requested below. Email the appropriate images & text of your property or properties to us (or we can lift the information from your own website if is not encrypted). Once your property details are uploaded & checked, we can activate your property (s) & go live.

If you choose option two, just register your details as requested below. Email the appropriate images & text of your property or properties to us (or we can lift the information from your own website if is not encrypted). Once your property details are uploaded & checked, & we receive the appropriate payment. (We will email our address). The minimum payment accepted will be £20, (£20 for a 15 month period). We can then activate your property (s) & go live.

• Bluedream holiday home rentals.com will advertise & promote your property or properties on the website to generate enquiries & potential renters.
• All booking enquiries will be directly emailed to the owner(s) or agent from the website.

• A set fee of £ per week or £ per night applies whatever is the least or greatest. (Examples – 4 days = £ - 10 days = £– 2 weeks £) & is payable to Bluedream holiday home rentals.com for every booking that is confirmed from any enquiry that is generated through the website.
• Any booking that is taken for more than two weeks (14 days) through the website, a set booking fee can be negotiated between both parties; this will start at the minimum price of £
• The owner(s) or agent will confirm by email to Bluedream holiday home rentals. com (to the email address to be confirmed) that a booking has been received for their property.
• This can be done by just a CC on the confirmation email back to the customer renting the holiday home or by an individual email to Bluedream holiday home rentals.com. This should be done within 48 hours(2 days) of receiving the booking.
• On the booking confirmation email you must confirm the rental period (example – 1 week) & the dates (example 18th April to 25th April 2009)
• The website will be able to track every email enquiry & booking that is made & who made the booking or enquiry & will be kept on record.
• Once a booking has been confirmed & you have received the deposit, you will be invoiced for the amount owed no later than the end of that current calendar month.
• You must correspond by email to Bluedream holiday home rentals.com thatyou have received the deposit within 48 hours (2 days) of receipt.
• The amount owed on the invoice will be payable by you on receipt.
• Bluedream holiday home rentals.com does not act as estate agents or travel agents. We just provide a service for property owners to display their rental accommodation on this website. We do not take part in, or responsibility for, booking arrangements or any property management issues.
• All property information provided must be accurate &supplied in good faith by the property owners or agent.
• Any complaint arisen from inaccurate property information may lead to the property or properties concerned being removed from the website.
• If you wish to remove a property or properties from the website or cancel the advertising contract. This must be stated in writing.
• On request a copy of these terms & conditions can be provided for your records

• A set fee of £20 for a 12-month advertising period will apply.
• A set fee of £5 (for 12- months advertising) will apply for every further property advertised on the website.
• No further booking fees will apply within the agreed advertising period.
• We will require at least the minimum payment (in advance) of £20, payable to Bluedream holiday home rentals. com (we will email our contact address)
• The property or properties advertisements will not be activated on the website until the appropriate payment has been received by us.

• All booking enquiries will be directly emailed to the owner(s) or agent from the website.
